Orders & Purchases

Depending on the delivery option you selected at checkout, we’ll email you a tracking link after your order has been shipped.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking information and local delivery office.
  2. Contact us if your parcel is missing after 10 working days (UK).

We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, we’ve all done it. As long as your order hasn’t shipped, you can request changes to it.

Pop us an email info@knittingaccessorysales.com including your order number and the changes you want to make and we will try get them sorted before shipping out the order. 

Canceling your order is the last thing we want to do but some situations come up where cancellation is the best option to save you time and money. If your order is canceled, you won’t be charged. Find more information about auth holds.

The most common reasons an order might be canceled are:

We will send you an email if any part of your order is canceled or if we need more information to process your order.

We’re sorry this has happened. It is likely we forgot to include an item while packing. After all we are all only human. It is also possible an item was out of stock, if this is the case we would usually try contact you before shipping out an order to let you know.

Account

In the event you forget a password for your computer, email, or social media accounts, you can reset your password directly through the system or application you’re using. In most cases, you can reset your password by answering a series of security questions or by requesting an email that contains a password reset link.
To change your password if you’re already logged in: Click account in the top right of Facebook. Select Settings and privacy, then click Settings. Click Security and login. Click Edit next to Change password. Enter your current password and new password. Click Save Changes.
You can cancel your account at any time during your paid subscription.
Trial users don’t need to do anything! You can continue to use your account until the end of the trial. After that, as long as you don’t upgrade, your account will be closed.
If you want to stop your trial early, follow the steps below for paying users.
As a reminder, no credit card information was taken when you signed up for the free trial.

Returns & Refunds

After submitting your return, please allow at up to 2 weeks to allow us to receive your item and process the refund before checking your refund status.

If it’s a refund which isn’t requiring an item return please allow 3-5 working days. (In some cases this can take longer depending on your bank)

Shipping & Tracking

Free shipping is limited to UK customers who meet the minimum order requirement. When the conditions are met you will see the free shipping option at checkout.

At this time, we can’t change your delivery address once the order has been completed. If your order hasn’t been completed yet, you can send an email to info@knittingaccessorysales.com to let us know where to send the item. Ensuring the email you message us from is the same on your order and that you provide the order ID.

f your order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, you can check the courier website to see the current status providing the order was sent with a tracked service.

Please note: The expected shipping times for orders outside of the UK and ROI, do not take into account possible delays if your parcel is held up in customs. We would ask you to allow 21 days from order to receive your item(s), prior to further investigation.

If you’ve ordered during one of our sales it gets pretty busy, so your delivery might take a little longer to get to you.

We aim to deliver to all UK postcodes. The best way to know if we deliver to your address is at cart. Here you are able to put in your address for an estimated shipping cost.
